Core agreement
By accessing SutraCore ("the Infrastructure"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service — a binding agreement regarding your use of our proprietary codebase, deployment services, and consultation.
Intellectual property rights
All code, architecture, and design patterns remain the property of SutraCore until full settlement of the fee. Upon purchase of a license you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, revocable license to use the codebase for a single production environment unless otherwise specified.
Usage restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense SutraCore source code without consent. Reverse engineering of compiled or obfuscated modules in the "Core Stack" is prohibited without explicit written consent.
Deployment & liability
Deployment services are provided "as is". While we architect for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (AWS, Vercel) or client-side misconfigurations post-handover.
Payment & refunds
Payments for "Custom Build" and "Deployment" services are non-refundable once engineering has commenced. Refunds are issued only where SutraCore fails to deliver the agreed scope.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access and revoke licenses on violation of these terms, including unauthorized resale or malicious use of our infrastructure.
